Thanks to a new project by Nike, real-life basketball looks more like a video game than a sport.

As a part of its "Nike RISE" campaign in China, the company has built an absolutely mesmerizing basketball court, complete with in-floor LEDs that interact with the players as they move across the court's surface.

Dezeen Magazine reports the Shanghai-based court, called the "House of Mamba," tracks players on its surface with built-in motion sensors. It is capable of setting out training programs and drills for players to follow, responding to players' mistakes and displaying their performance stats.

The company brought in Lakers star Kobe Bryant to help coach 30 young Chinese players, and Bryant was clearly taken aback by the court's ability:

"My first experience on the LED floor, it’s pretty uhhh ... I didn’t even know that was possible," he told Lakers Nation. "It’s amazing what can be done nowadays. I think the potential and possibilities for the floor are endless."
