Dating app Tinder has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with Whitney Wolfe, the company's former vice president for marketing.

In the lawsuit, filed on June 30, Wolfe alleges that co-founders Justin Mateen and Sean Rad subjected her to a "barrage of horrendously sexist, racist, and otherwise inappropriate comments, emails and text messages." Mateen was subsequently suspended from the company.

Wolfe says she was one of Tinder's co-founders, but Mateen and Rad dispute that.

“All I can really tell you is it has been resolved (without admission of wrongdoing),” John Mullan, Wolfe's attorney, told The Huffington Post. “She is proud of her role as a co-founder of Tinder and of the role she played in the app’s success. She is now pleased to be able to focus her energy, talents, and ideas on exciting new opportunities.”

Mullan wouldn't reveal the size of the settlement. Tinder did not immediately respond to HuffPost's request for comment.
