These People Think Today Is 'Martian Luther King Jr. Day'

For many, Martin Luther King Day serves as a way to honor the civil rights pioneer, reflect on his numerous accomplishments and debate how well we as a country have honored his legacy and goals.

For some companies, it's an opportunity to send out some cringeworthy branded tweets. And for some people, as Twitter user @FanSince09 discovered, it's a day to honor someone else entirely: Martian Luther King.











Clearly they didn't learn from this New York high school that said no school on its main billboard in honor of "Dr. Martian Luther King."
